AUBURN, Ala. - Partial lane closures are expected near the South Gay Street/East Samford Avenue intersection on the evening of Monday, Aug. 11, for a contractor to conduct maintenance.

This work will begin at 8 p.m. and is expected to be completed on Aug. 11.

Expected lane closures:

• The westbound lane of East Samford Avenue between Armstrong Street and South Gay Street.
• The northbound lane of South Gay Street just south of East Samford Avenue.
• The southbound lane of South Gay Street just north of East Samford Avenue.

Traffic control measures will be in place to direct traffic around the closures. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area and to follow posted signage.
